Why are they complaining about peoples trailer skirting when there are trailers in here that has holes in their yard and grass and weeds are a foot and a half high.

They are trying to tow my car that is in my car port because it needs a new tire and has a slow leak.

In other words they are getting nit picky. My neighbor has weeds growing in his driveway almost 2 foot high. They only mow what they want and don't mow all the empty lots in here.

Same reason they let the playground flood and complain about the mosquitoes.

They are being wrote up with disciplinary action too. It's best to worry about yourself & to try & make your place look respectable. They're trying to encourage the residents to step up, so that this trailer park won't look like a trashy one! It's best to do your part too!
