A lady by the name of bonnie helped me with the purchase of my new fancy parakeet. She did awesome answering all my questions, was very friendly and helpful. Ok variety of pets, but the pets all seem to be healthy and happy. The sales are good deals and the place is very clean and stocked. Definitely going back for any other pet needs.

I will say one good thing about this place; the manager that was there the day I had to stop in for crickets was quick and attentative to my 4 yr olds needs when she was having a "potty emergency." No public restroom, but he knew I had been waiting in line for quite awhile on the 1 person ahead of me, and was kind enough to help us. So kudos to that. Downside to this store - most items overpriced, and anytime I'm forced to purchase live crickets here (when everywhere else is out), almost all of them end up dying within a day or 2 of taking home. Not sure why this is, as I haven't yet (knock on wood) had this issue when I buy them elsewhere.

Petland will do anything to take your money. My boyfriend and I were sold a puppy that had epilepsy and wasn't told. We ended up having her for a day and she had two seizures on us. Most traumatic thing I had to go through , will never go back ever again!!!
