Officers were pleasant but the clerk was extremely unprofessional. She had a clear attitude and seemed like she did not want to do her job at all. We asked simple a question about our ticket and all she said was everything was online. We could also barely hear her.

The police officers checking you in are respectful and professional. The clerk's office on the other hand is terrible. I was treated with complete disrespect and when I submitted a trial by written declaration, the look on her face was pure disgust as if I did not deserve that right. They treat everyone as if they are guilty without proven. They also refused to provide any receipt that I have submitted the written declaration and refuse to provide any legal documentation that I have no right to a receipt. All of their files are physical and no electronic documentation are made so there is a probability that my files will be lost. The clerk was so upset that I was adamant about receiving a receipt that she even gave me aggressive comment saying she will now "lose the documents for your convenience". That comment is unacceptable in any other work environment, but in government jobs, that does not seem to be the case.

I been trying to get ahold of this office I can’t the cop who pulled me over gave a court date on a holiday that’s ridiculous I been trying to look for my ticket info on the web but no luck it’s crazy the keep you on waiting when you call and they never answer I am afraid that my case it’s going to go to fail to appear
