I've spent the past 15 years going to different doctors, with no success until going to Dr. Ruscio's clinic. Over the past year, they were able to wean me off the low fodmap diet, and well as several other restrictions, by rigorously trying different approaches and therapies to identify what has ailed me for so long. Thanks to their impressive knowledge, intensive listening, and keen focus on healing me, my 15 year health odyssey is coming to a successful end. I'm grateful. I deeply trust their guidance, and I whole-heartedly recommend them.

Wow I hardly EVER write reviews, and I have NOT spoken to Dr. Ruscio but I can tell you that his staff doesn't care about anyone. They call you for a consult, which is nice, and I was supposed to have 10 minutes to talk to this horrible, rude woman, who immediately told me about his book. I told her I wasn't in the position of buying books right now, but I have questions about his powder. She immediately said, "I have another call, I have to go" after only two minutes on the call, and she hung up on me. BEWARE PEOPLE, they don't care about helping you with serious health issues, they only want to sell his book. What a disgraceful, piece of garbage they are. GREED, GREED GREED! Stay away! If they REALLY cared about people's health, they would give you the time they promised you, but that tells you exactly what they care about just $$$$$$$$ UPDATE:Surprising they respond with LIES!! No one ever on that call informed me that they didn't have another phone number. They obviously have me confused with someone else. No one EVER asked that rude woman about addressing my personal health questions. NO ONE EVER pointed me in the direction of possibly becoming a patient. THESE ARE ALL LIES. And....I can prove it. All I wanted to know is the ingredients for the powder and the success rate, but she was "gone girl" within 2-3 minutes when she found out that I didn't want to buy the book, now THAT is what really happened...!!!

I've been working with Dr. Ruscio's clinic since February 2022. The office has been professional and easy to communicate with. The staff are knowledgeable and my clinician, Gavin Guard, PA, is very easy to work with. I'm excited to say that I've seen significant improvements so far with my Histamine Intolerance/MCAS symptoms with just a few simple steps toward better gut health and appreciate the cost conscientious decisions that Dr. Ruscio and his staff make for patients. I haven't had to spend thousands of dollars to get great results so far! I find what I have spent an investment into my health and can't wait to see what the next few months brings in terms of better health. Thankful for Gavin's caring personality and flexibility in making my care plan personal to me. Also, have enjoyed the products/supplements used so far from the online store. I had to return an item that disagreed with me, and the office was very easy to work with and helped me exchange items quickly.

My wife and I had began having health problems and for years we bounced from doctor to doctor. We were told everything from possible heart issues, to signs indicating cancer, to nothing wrong with us and take this anxiety med. ER visits were monthly. We both had our gall bladders out at the doctors’ behest. And nothing helped. We felt we were gradually and persistently sliding down a hill to some unknown eventuality. We gave up on doctors, who we believed were all incompetent servants to their masters in big pharma, started doing our own research, and preparing for the worst. As a matter of chance, I was listening to a podcast and I heard mention of Dr. Ruscio. I started looking into his clinic. At first, we thought, “there is no way anyone will be able to help us.” And furthermore, the price of admission was out of our range. But I finally could not take seeing my wife so afflicted. I took money we had laid back, and I thought, if I can at least get my wife better, my kids will have at least one of us. We started her with Dr Abbott. He was kind to her. Gentle. Did not accuse her of being a hypochondriac or patronize her. Did not rush her off of their initial visit. He took the time to answer her questions with direct and knowledgeable answers, rather than the typical healthcare arrogance and dismissiveness. He defied our expectations of what a doctor visit constituted. He diagnosed my wife with mast cell activation and began her treatment. Not knowing from day to day whether I would be taking my wife to the hospital .....in just a couple months my wife started showing improvement that we wouldn’t have thought possible. And in six months, we don’t think about the ER anymore. So we began to have a hope that maybe - just maybe - it would be possible for us both to get better and to enjoy life and our family again. And I tell you, the definition of hope had been lost to us prior. We didn’t know how we would swing it, but I signed up for my initial visit as well. On our first call, Dr Joe had a strong indication, through simple, intellectual deduction, of what I was facing. He began gently with treatment. Four months later, my symptoms have improved greatly! I am still working on treatment, but I can feel my old self starting to push up out of a muck of symptoms nearly as long as this review. My wife and I, through myriad experiences quite unpleasant, have no trust in the healthcare system. The Ruscio Institute stands in stark contrast as intelligent, empathetic, and knowledgable. I am writing this review because I am grateful. Plain and simple. You really don’t know a trial until you face the loss of your health. And possibly the loss of your family. Dr. Abbott, thank you for being gentle and patient with my wife. Talking to her. Giving her hope for a return to life. Dr. Joe. I thank you good, sir. I feared a set of stairs when I first talked to you and had no hope that you would help me. Three months later, I am looking forward to a possible summer return to running and playing with my kids. Two hour workouts and roundhouse kicks. And maybe a taco buffet! For what it is worth, you wonderful people have the eternal gratitude of this blue collar ruffian and his family.
