This is regarding their club house events coordinating which is TRASH!! They double booked my event and told us at the last hour on the FRIDAY of. Worst nightmare...train wreck situation to be in. Event was booked and approved soo many weeks in advanced and they did not have the capacity to let us know ahead of time so we could've at least saved our event and try to find another place. Their events page is all a lie, do not trust it even when it says approved. I'm literally done hosting partie sbecause of the anxiety and the PTSD this place has given me.

I’ve been meaning to write a review about this company and some of it staff for some time. I’ve probably lived in this complex for a total of 6 years. Rica at the time helped me and my wife find an apartment and she was phenomenal. Anytime I had questions or concerns I’d reach out and she was always ready to help with awesome customer service. I also have to make a shout out to the latest Staff member that helped us find a home and that’s Layla! She did an awesome job following up with us and trying to meet our families needs in finding a place. She was always there anytime we had a question or needed some help. This company does a great job in hiring people that truly want to help! Thanks again Layla and Rica! You guys are amazing!

I have lived at Promenade for over two years now and have no complaints. I have a small dog so love going to the dog park with her every day. Maintenance is always done quickly and they are so friendly. My apartment is very spacious and I love the renovated upgrades. I will be a Promenade resident for a long time!

This was my first experience looking for an apartment and it was amazing! The complex is clean and well kept. The employees are helpful and so kind! Ana is wonderful! Is responds quickly and is extremely helpful even when I had so many questions. She followed up and sent videos and all the information! Amazing complex and employees! Thank you for the wonderful service!
