After new ownership, repairs are not completed in a timely manner. Spent the summer without central air. Management doesn't seem to care, does not communicate at all. My fridge also went out, it took them several days to replace it. I am thankful that they did, but had to buy a temporary replacement mini fridge, did not reimburse after stating they would initially, then to be told "I was told we don't do that". Would be more understanding if I didn't have to consistently follow up on my air conditioning issue. I had to keep asking to even get a temporary unit when it was 90. I submitted the issue initially in June. My ac is still not fixed, waiting for approval from parent company. Contacted parent company, no response. The only next step is escrow to hopefully move things along. Maybe this review can help move things along before then.

Beautiful Property, love all the new amenities offered for residents. Heated Clubhouse is open for use all year with fireplace and TV with seating. Great for this recent long winter, and for when doing laundry at the on-site laundromat. Children love to play at the new playground area.

I live at The Lodge and I am extremely pleased with the work the maintenance man recently did on my unit. He not only fixed the issue I had asked about, but fixed another that I wasn't aware of. He went above and beyond, despite the bad weather conditions last week, and I commend him for that.
