Does anyone actually know who owns this trailer park now ? I have heard legacy sold it but I am being told that the park management company bought it from legacy.

Legacy hired JRB to do management.

Legacy still owns it. But, they hired JRB in California to manage rent and incoming tenants approval and denial.
