Not impressed, hard to believe this place is a Matthews Dealer. Called to have string ordered/made and told it would be ready in two weeks. Was told bow had broken part, had to send bow for repair. Bow was never sent, but parts were ordered. After 7 weeks, had to pick up "as is" and took to another bow shop (bow fixed in under 30 minutes). Easy summary, poor communication, no empathy to hunting days lost and quite cold and rude when I picked up bow. Wish them well, they will need it with this type of service.

I'm a "out of towner" that in a bind needed some bolts for my crossbow. This place promptly ordered them. I picked them up the following day. I appreciate it more than your establishment knows.
