Walk-ins are allowed on the medical side at the lake Charles location, but it is limited slots and it's first come first serve. On the dental side you would have to call in the morning to see if there are any opening.

I had to make an appointment. This is the one in Crowley, La. Not sure about the others. There are always the walk in clinics. Once you've been established as a patient much easier to get in without an appointment.
