No rental wheel chairs but they do have free heated shuttle buses that drive around the park so people can see the kights as well

There is also a train ride you can shuttle around and see the lights.
No but there are shuttle buses that make the route though the one we were in had very dark tinted windows so it was pretty much useless for you to view the light from
