It is a walkthrough for sure. Shuttle service is at the parking garage by the bus station and the parking garage right there across from Jones Park on the north side of hwy 90. Lights start as soon as it's dark. Enjoy yourself.
You can walk or drive thru the park I'm not sure about at night when the actual lights are on
