We would travel hundreds of miles to return to this Airstream service center. John was a gem: truly hospitable and he assisted us in all stages of submitting for, and acquiring, a new front axle for our trailer that was causing massive wear to one tire. Though he was down a tech, he managed to squeeze us into the schedule. For what two other dealerships quoted us a 2 week job, John was able to complete in a day. He was direct, fair, and very professional. You can tell he has a passion for what he does, which makes the process enjoyable for the customer. This RV Center and Airstream service center really set the bar high for us. Sincere thanks and gratitude!

If it were possible, I would give these guys a rating much higher than a 5. How do we acknowledge extraordinary service on a 5 point scale? The battery on our Globetrotter 25fb Airstream died at a campsite 2 hours away, in Gulf Shores, AL. We called a number of Airstream dealerships, and John in service told us to come on out, they would take a look at it. What we encountered was amazing, customer-centered service delivered with kindness and respect. I won’t go into what was wrong with our battery, but suffice it to say that Don the tech worked his magic. He had amazing knowledge of Airstreams and delivered his expertise with great attention and care. He also fixed a number of things that he noticed needed some work, which was extremely reassuring for us since our final drive home in a few days will be 14 hours. He and John took such good care of us - they pointed out and fixed potential problems that we didn’t see. Great kindness and customer service was met in every department at Foley RV Center. Ashley in the office went over and beyond to help me look for a part that they don’t carry on inventory, once I told her of my predicament. Overall, the best experience in any dealership we’ve ever been to.

Had an issue with no water while traveling. They were the closest place in in our direction. We don't have an airstream but a 43 ft 5th wheel. We pulled in to see if they could help us. They took care of us right away and had us back on the road in about 2 hours.

I just bought the two little hoses to replace mine from Foley. They're in stock, but pricey. If you don't need them in a hurry (I did), you can get replacements online. Super easy to replace with a crescent wrench and some gas tape. Good luck!
