My Samsung Note 5 doesn't correspond to finger touch except respond to my Spen. Do they provide technical issues or repair there?

Yes, I had the same problem and they fixed it. Cost $200. They did it while I waited. Best to make an appointment. They replace the battery and everything gets souped up.
