They definitely can fix it at cost. SIM tray is not under warranty and damged SIM tray voids the phone warranty. You can purchase SIM trays online very inexpensively. You can either walk-in or go online and make an appointment. However, note they don't answer phone calls!

Thay can fix it. Just go there in person. They do not answer any calls. If your phone is less than a year old you should be still under warrantee. Also call your provider and have then send you a new sim card. Let me know if this helped.
