Yes, I had exact same question. That is why i just showed up and to my amazement, wuaou! It was the right decision. It is not a place you call. It is a destination. Yes everyone is welcome. Be aware though that there are times when they have private events.
Same issue with calling. I called, no one answered, left a message and never got a call back....... Showed up to the store)(was gorgeous) but they didnt have the piece i needed to fix my phone......wich is the the reason i wanted to call them in the first place..... Annoying.

Yes but some of us dont want to go to find out that we could have stayed home on our days off especially when Samsung has been screwing with myself since the note 7 issue and I'm 20 note 8s in and still have nothing but a paper weight and a huge td financing tab because customer support for the past 1-2 years hasn't credited me back for the 20 note 8s.
