Yes they are open. Some wear masks. Basic whipe down equipment before & locker room's are particularly open. The staff keeps the gym pretty clean.

The Planet Fitness in Round Rock is open but closes at 7pm. Every other machine is closed for social fitnessing, so every other machine is also open... the aerobic machines. All free weights and pullie weight training are open.
They are back to 24hours as of yesterday... social distance rules are the same
