Charcoal YMCA is the best gym. There are so many options for cardio, weight machines, free weights, classes, saunas and so many other perks. All in a comfortable, safe community environment. I've been a member for over 20 years.

My son is part of the after-school program at one of the elementary schools and there's a gentleman there named Nate who is absolutely phenomenal! He's always very quick to tell me if my son had a bad day and he's always very sensitive when approaching the topic. He's direct when it's needed but not rude (I appreciate that so much!). He even asked me if there was anything my son likes so that he could try and get him engaged with the group. My son just recently was diagnosed with ADHD so having someone like that is a blessing. I hope his bosses know how great he is! Please give this man a raise as I can tell that he really cares for these kiddos and has a very kind heart!

Horrible customer service, no communication at all, and if you work during regular business hours, they need customer service training as well as training working with young children. After leaving over 5 messages, we had to wait FOUR days for someone to call us back regarding an incident with our child.
