We live our guys Rick and Chris ! They are always smiling even in the heat. They do a great job of leaving the cans accessible and never block the road. Top notch workers !

We love our trash guys Chris and Rick ! They are always smiling and friendly. Do a great job leaving the cans easy to access. Very thankful for them !! Round rock Refuse has some great guys !!

Two weeks, trash hasn’t been picked up. Every house around me has their trash picked up. No notice of why. Called twice talked to friendly reps but it’s not helping. I have trash piling up first time it’s happened in 6 years. I’ll update if they pick my trash up or if they don’t . Poor trash can just sitting out , then I’ll get a notice from round rock that I have a trash can just sitting there. SMH

Best thing to do is write your address on your can also if you leave waters for the guys they will pull your can in your drive way or by the garage

When I put my bins out on one side of the driveway and crew empties them and leaves them on the other side 20 ft down the street, is this a cue they want me to put cans out on that side?

The wheels of my recycling bin were broken, and this past Tuesday Refused took it with everything that was in it, without being asked. How do I get another bin?

Try sorting out the trash in the land field were they dumped..u might wanna call a locksmith

I got behind on my bill but have been paying weekly in April and made pymt this morning. Put trash out last night for morning pick up and now they are gone. Is it bcuz my bill is behind? I'm assuming but did not receive notice this would happen. TY

Are sub contracted are do u pay threw your utility ? If sub contracted most likely but if you pay threw your utility no. If they forget call them and dispatch will have them come back and get it.

RRR has been our garbage collector service for over 30 yrs. Today they collected only one trash can. Had 2 out as usual. Chased them down and said we only pay for one. Guy said he'd pick up other today only. What is the limit? Threw can in driveway.

Carol I am VERY SORRY FOR the Service that YOU received today. I have worked for RRR for 25 years I am now a Recycle Residential Driver. I am not for sure on the limits of Trash that we collect but WE do NOT provide the Service that YOU received today. I am SORRY to hear about this. There is a Phone number on the side of your RRR cart that you can call and report the Service that YOU received. It will be addressed and corrected.

When y’all pick up leaves, why do the leaves go in with the trash?
