Fatal. The first time I took my puppy I was told that he had some knots and that I would need to take him to a doctor for medication so I could count his hair. I did it like that. Yesterday I went for the second time, I made sure that my puppy did not have any knots, I left him at his appointment, at 10 minutes they called me because the puppy is stressed and again they suggested me to put him to sleep. I explained to him that it was his first time, they must have some method with the puppies, to reach them without stressing them out, I don't know, I think they are professionals in that and therefore I go to them. I don't want to have to put my puppy to sleep every time I need a SPA. Anyway, they only cut him halfway and his hair turned out horrible. I give him one star because he decided not to charge me such a cut, if not, he wouldn't even give him that.

Terrible terrible service I know that employee Retention is difficult at present, but after searching for anyone to help, finally I saw one employee, a girl. I was trying to find a particular brand of dog food with no luck, so I intended on asking for help. I began my approach, intending to politely ask for help. I walked over her way, and then she looked up at me and, quickly as she could, she looked away and ran off to obviously avoid helping me. Then while I was checking out the young man at the register didn't say ANYTHING except for "do you have an account?" as a way to prompt me to enter my phone number... No "hello", "hi" literally no greeting of any kind. Just general hostility, like I was ruining his night by shopping there. The entire rest of the time it was like I was invisible or I wasn't there he didn't even give me the total as he finished ringing all my purchases up; I didn't even know how much I was paying for when I entered my card because it didn't show up on the screen and he didn't say a word; other than my phone # to pull up my account, this young man said absolutely nothing to me. Yup, fantastic service, it was completely awkward and made me feel like I was just bothering these employees. This is why I mainly go to Natural Paws, Pet Supplies Plus, Petco, or Tomlinson's.... anywhere that is not this petsmart!
