I would highly recommend NOT to mobile order from this location, they didn't have the slightest idea I ever put my order in, they didn't even have what I did order as well, I told them what I had ordered and got 2 black ice coffees and a black cold brew instead. What absolutely freaked me out the most the manager literally stood leaning in a corner on their phone and did even try to do a single thing but let the crew member help me, I do appreciate the crew member greatly and feel bad they have a manger that's basically collecting a check!

My first visit at Tim Hortons, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and the staff spilled coffee still didn’t bother to apologise besides he kept staring as if i spilled that coffee. Worst experience one could ever have.

I come here sometimes however, I came here today around 2:48 & I asked for a 4 x 4 exact and they made my coffee perfect it was nice and hot and it taste amazing!

I usually am very satisfied with this store, my food is always right never a problem, staff is friendly. Today I ordered through the app, my usual a bagel toasted with cream cheese and a honey dip donut. When I went to go eat my bagel I noticed the cream cheese was clumpy looked almost like cottage cheese. I work fast food so I understand rude customers and how sometimes orders can be wrong. I simply asked for a different bagel but they told me that they would all be the same and that a normal bagel with cream cheese looks like that. I come at least three times a week and never has my bagel looked like that. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.
