They gave me an appointment 2 months out when I took a stray in.
I would call them first so you don't make a wasted trip.
They never say no, in my experience. If they are full, they may request that you continue fostering for a while, if you can.
Unless they are completely full they should take her no problem. I saw many people dropping off found dogs when I volunteered there and they definitely do their best to help ad many as possible. I would most certainly try. And thank you for being willing to make the trip North to Austin and not taking her to a shelter that will euthanize her within weeks, or worse, days. It warms my heart to see that. And There's also Austin Pets Alive if they are full.
