Yes you can but they did tell me that they are at a really high capacity.

Something i overheard on local Austin radio is AAC is not accepting pets because of the overflow of animals.

Yes you can. Have you tried Rehoboth yourself? There are Alot of different Facebook groups and rescues that can help.
