Only if the animal isn't CHIPPED....if it is you'll have to wait until they scan...give the owner a chance to claim...THEN IF NOT ITZ YOURS....HOWEVER IF THAT KITTY IS NOT FIX...FOR REPRODUCTION THEN THAT ANOTHER ISSUE THEY WILL NOT ALLOW IT TO GO OUT UNFIXED.....JUST KEEP THE KITTY..😆
