Pork shoulder (called the Boston Butt) cooked / smoked low & slow is the traditional cut used for pulled pork. Best cooked on a smoker, but can be done in the oven @ 225 on in a crock pot.
I make it with any or all pork. Leftover ribs, chops, or cook a shoulder using salt, pepper, sage, garlic, oregano, and rosemary.
