Took 2 hogs to be processed beginning of September. 3 weeks later Amber, texted meat was ready. That was the end of the good. Picked up 9/30/22. Hams were not cut the way we asked, directions were not followed the way we asked. Even after she called me and double checked what I wanted. I asked what my bill was, she sent me a picture of both tickets side by side. One had everything filled out but the total, the other had the total. I go down to pick up my meat and she walks out of the back and gets my ticket, walks around the corner then comes back. Bill is now $300 more than what she told me, blamed her daughter for the error. Luckily for us I had the extra cash to cover it on me. Don’t know what would have happened if I didn’t, did not plan on driving over an hour home and over an hour back down.

Pork shoulder (called the Boston Butt) cooked / smoked low & slow is the traditional cut used for pulled pork. Best cooked on a smoker, but can be done in the oven @ 225 on in a crock pot.
