Stopped by today for the first time to get a price on something (very fair) and ended up purchasing a couple things. Great people and great shop. I wish I was closer so I could stop in more often.

I was very happy to see this place sells vintage baseball cards, top loaders, card storage boxes, album inserts for card collectors, etc... Cool guy helped me get complete rundown of the supplies for cards at this coin shop. Very excited I have a place so close to home with all the supplies for my sport card collection that I am currently at approximately 100,000 cards from 1948-2022 and steady increasing so I need everything this place has for folks like me in the card collecting hobby. Great place !!!👍

Great place to get coins or paper money for your collection. Tim and staff are always very helpful and fair on their appraisal of your coins, jewelry, and collectibles.

My family and family and myself have been buying, selling, and trading at this business for years. I can honestly say that they provide the best, most welcoming customers service of any business in the area. They are professionals here and have always given me a fare price for my goods. I highly recommend First State Coin and I hope they stay in business actively for many more years.

sorry , doesn't show a picture .
Hello James , You have a proof quarter removed from a set. In 1994 the United states mint produced both a copper nickel (clad ) set and a 90 percent silver set . If a Clad quarter You will see a copper layer when looking at the edge of the coin , if a silver quarter will appear a solid white color on the edge. The problem with most proofs found in circulation is that they pick up scratches and become uncollectable by condition .A silver proof quarter would be worth about 4.50 for silver content . Thanks for the question and keep searching !
Bring them in for an exact offer. Way too many variables, otherwise. Gold coins will obviously be worth a great deal more than copper. Rare coins are worth more, as are coins in excellent condition. Country of origin matters too. They can sort it out in just a few minutes, no charge.
common date we buy for about 2 cents
Hello, it's a very common date of Lincoln cent with a mintage of 991,655,000 coins . In average condition I buy for about 2 cents . Thank You
Yes the penny plain steel
Hello, yes , but the check must clear before I release the gold . Thank You
I don't know I am just a guide here in maps but you can call first state coins or visit their shop & they can certainly help you with the price 😎
If it's in proof condition, maybe, but even then it wouldn't be worth the gas driving it to the store. Less than a dollar, closer to one cent.
Not much more
Hello , fairly common coin with a mintage of 392 million coins most only bring a couple of cents . Thank You
only worth face value Thank You
some are struck in silver - others are silver plate . They are usually more on the medal side rather than coins issued by the Government .If they are silver plated item probably sometime retailing in the 2 -5 dollar range
Yes we are always buying US Mint sets. We would need to see them to evaluate them.
