Very slow
It's been many years since I have been in the courthouse, but as I recall the morning sessions start at 9 am. The DA is available for conversation regarding cases at 8am, but as I said, it's been a minute since I have had any dealings at the courthouse.
Right now it depends on who your lawyer is and what time slot they have
