Everyone that works here just has a bad attitude for no reason

While I have experienced some tough behaviour here, there are also a lot of good helpful people working here who go out of their way to give good customer service. Thank god we can still call and talk to a person instead of a computer.

Walking in the door you might as well waive your rights, and prepare for a very painfully, long, drawn out process. Understand that court is never supposed to be fun, however, this office is significantly worse. The staff is inconsiderate and goes above and beyond at making even minor issues a major inconvenience. It might not directly be the staffs fault but it’s their management as a whole. Different departments have separate hours, so prepare to visit multiple times in one day. The judge plays by his own rules so don’t think you know what you’re getting into, as this court system is nothing like any other surrounding court. Also, bring water to drink as the drinking fountain is covered with a trash bag and unable to be used. They cite Covid, as getting water must be an established way to contract viruses, or it likely could be, like the rest of the building, due to failure of upkeep. Prepare to speak loudly to the attendants at the window, and announce your personal information to the entire lobby of people waiting, as from my experience the microphone system at the windows must not function. Also, long wait times are normal, there seems to be a lack of organization here, as people scramble to move around and get anything that is needed not knowing where to find important documentation. Overall would highly not recommend this legal establishment, and to do everything in your power to avoid needing to deal with this place. Other surrounding county’s are much better and more understanding.
