My cat is weak n barely eating n drinking ,on t herself n sleeping alot,Do i need to take her to the vet? Can it be fixed at home or how much are r check ups?

To be seen is 50ish I belive they are open 24 7 and eeeeextreamly reasonable on prices i would defiantly take her in!!!

If you can't take to your regular vet Becker's is good, but a lot pricey from other vets. She definitely should be seen. That is if you have not already.
