You show up with your animal(s) and check in. Essentially giving you an apt time bc of covid and social distancing. They take two families at a time. They will take your phone number down and keep call you when it's your turn. If it's not your time They ask you to sit in your car. There is no pre apts or set times you receive. Still first come first serve.
