Is it ilegal to do harm to birds and nests here in south Texas? I’m from the UK and it could mean jail. I witnessed this morning and disheartened. I called and left a message regarding it and have footage of the garden company involved. Thanks.

More then likely no one will do anything about it though I know it would bother me too but getting someone to do something is almost impossible ,I couldn't even get the city or any of the agency's to take in 5 dogs someone dumped an u would think they would want to help them all they were worried about is if you can pay the 150 per animal to pick them up even though your not the owner ,people dump them because if they leave them outside the humane society animal shelter they will put charges against u so it's a screwed up system.but these people here are awsome I've taken them animals that are hurt but they only take in wildlife so if there's a hurt bird you can take it to them,they are not the city services this is a volunteer based wildlife rescue ...but your not likely gonna get anyone to do anything ...it's sad but true..hope this gives you a little more info .and these people don't do anything but rehab hurt animals taken to them you would need to call your game warden to make rep
