Sometimes they take feral cats in so I would call and ask if they would take them. Most shelters will not help you unless you pay a "owner surrender" or if it is a certain day. Your best bet is to call ACS and ask them to come pick them up.
Take them to the Animal Defense League. They are a no kill shelter. Pet Supplies at Brookhollow has cats and that need homes. I don't know what their policy is.
