Tinamarie, if your a resident with I.D from Bexar County, San Antonio, TX .Monday and Tuesday before 3pm, you get in for 1/2 price. Reg adult tickets: 14.00 each, military, senior: 12.00. Not sure if children tickets. The restaurant does rotate around slowly, and a bit pricey, but view is beautiful on clear day.
My advice it to go at happy hour between 4:30 and 7 I want to say, and you get observation free. But get there early. Gets packed.

Observation deck is complimentary if you eat at the chart house. However I will say that the observation deck is actually not that great of a view because you are far from the edge. The restaurant you are right up against the glass with an amazing view.
Price was $12 and it included all-day access to the tower + 4D movie theater.
