Yes! The Tremblay Family Café is located on the museum grounds near the H-E-B Body Adventure.
There is a tiny little shop that was sold completely out of food 20 minutes after they opened. They had multiple fields trips scheduled for that day so you think they would have been more stocked and prepared but they sadly were not
There's a small sandwich shop on the left of the grassy area as you walk from the main building back to the HEB treehouse building.

No, there is not. Right across the street there is a small cafe. A couple miles away there is a few restaurants/ fast food. We googled it once we were done with the museum.
I don't think there is but right across from it there are plenty. Ihop, Chipotle, a coffee shop, and many others st walking distance from it. Jims, Cheesy burgers, Starbucks, Whataburger, Good times Charlie's, Taco Cabana and more.
From what I remember, there is a very small cafe-like building behind the museum. They sell drinks (water, soda, coffee), they make a couple (like 3 choices) of sandwiches and small bags of chips and other small snack options. Hope this helps (:
