there is a huge grill already there and a meduim side one also.As far as the bull ride I don't know but it's pretty close to the train ride so they may not but The other pavillion had a moon bounce so they may.It also has electricity.
They have and allow grills out there, so I would think that a smoker is fine. You have to verify with the city about the bull ride. They don't allow some of the bigger rides.
