1/2 Does anyone here know proper customer service when someone is in line before someone else? Even if it looks like the person who was there 1st is still looking. You ask if they've decided. I walked out. Never ate at a Five Guys and never will now

Not a reflection on Five Guys. Proper protocol is to wait your turn. If the customer in front of you says to go ahead while they decide, then go ahead. Otherwise, just go to a drive through and wait your turn there.
