Finally was able to order from this location. For the last 2-3 years, no exaggeration, wherever I would go there would be a problem where they weren't serving food. From machines being down, not enough employees, they would come up with any reason why they weren't serving food. You can't go inside, only the drive thru and when I was there you could only pay with cash. I don't understand how they are still open while. They pay people to sit there and tell you that they can't do certain things so they aren't serving food... then why have an open sign and 4-5 employees sitting inside eating. And this seriously had been every single time I would try to go for years. They said they were short staffed so they couldn't take orders, they've said the machine is down so they couldn't take others. They have said they couldn't take orders because there was no manager that day.... I've heard so many reasons why they couldn't serve food.

They always leave mobile site for carryout open, but they are never open for pickup, they are drive through only. So when you place a order in advance for pickup you still need to wait 30 minutes from when you arrive to pick it up through the drive through. Worst run wendys ever.

Ordered two Dave's classic double combos medium. Was given two double bacon burger combos large and was charged over $22 for them. Was in a hurry and could not even go inside to point out mistake. Was not going to wait in very long drive through line a second time.

Don’t go to this unit if you have other choices … it took forever to get two others and it came wrong. Luckily I saw the drinks and they exchanged, but the sandwiches we pay for a large and got small, also by the time we were eating it was already cold. (We parked and ate right there). That’s how long they take.

I was trying to figure out the question from y'all but it's complaints. If your not satisfied w/ the food, do as I do and ask for the manager and bring it to their attention.

They have take out til 8pm then drive thru.no condiments,dont know why,maybe they have alot of kids work there?i personally dont have problem,except for the dine in part.maybe ask for packets of condiments?

WOW! I have never experienced having to read any notes. Wendy's on Union Blvd Allentown Pa at times gets order mixed up which happens anywhere. What I don't like is food that isn't fresh. This has happened a few times here. BTW, I love Wendy's food as well but y'all gotta get it together. Don't let go!
It really closes at 2am according to my cousin who lives 4 blocks away.I don't no if the dinning room stay open that late maybe safety issues or short staff that night.They probably wanted to do drive thru only that night.
