Why does this Wendy's constantly close either their dining room or their drive-thru with a note informing people they are under-staffed? It's such a shame because I love Wendy's food and to get good food & service I have to drive to the one on S. 4th

WOW! I have never experienced having to read any notes. Wendy's on Union Blvd Allentown Pa at times gets order mixed up which happens anywhere. What I don't like is food that isn't fresh. This has happened a few times here. BTW, I love Wendy's food as well but y'all gotta get it together. Don't let go!
