Absolutely awful service, takes 20 minutes in the drive thru and they STILL get the order wrong. Junior bacon cheeseburger... no bacon on it. Call back, no answer. Pathetic excuse for a restaurant, go ANYWHERE else. Employees should seriously be embarrassed to work here

Easily the slowest Wendy's location in PA and NJ... it's not even close. I wonder if they're aware of how much business they lose every day by moving so slow. Cars literally pull out and head right next door to BK. I've done it myself a few times but it's gotten so bad I probably won't come anymore in the first place.

Wendy is where you get a hamburger that either stands tall or falls apart. I of course thought I’m winning with a number one add the bacon but every time I get it my minds telling me you should of just went with the jr but of course I insist and move on to a vanilla frosty which was my back up meal if all goes to you no where! Im giving them a three for the french fries because they alway show up when my hamburger falls apart and for the frosty!

I ordered 2 drinks and hamburgers for me and my sister through the app, but when I came to get the food, there was some small mistake happened. I sympathize with the staff because the guests were very crowded, so I didn’t blame her for being a bit loud with me. Of course, I was at fault too. If the staff member read this review, I just want to say sorry to her, and thank you very much for her efforts.

If they have enough people to open the dining room. It's hard to open the dining room when there is less then 4 people
Probably they short of staff When I go there it's always drive through because they always say that the short of staff It's because nobody wants to work anywhere anymore and it just depending on the money that they get.
