I would have ordered from this company because they offered the best price and direct ship for discounted local installation, except that when you go to purchase, there's a box you have to check in order to buy with fine print agreement that includes clauses that state (buyer beware): #1- we are buying USED tires at our own risk, unless the listing specifies they are new. I could not find a single listing that specified "new." #2- There is no warranty info #3- There is no "road hazard coverage" Yes, I see the business owner's responses noting "we're trying out best to update the website, when in legal terms the buy bears the burden. I'm not interested in paying new tire rates for used tires when I have no idea thier actual condition, history, manufacture date, etc. The competitor with the next best deal ($5 more per tire) offered: #1- the same exact tire specifying NEW condition #2- free road hazard coverage #3- 75K warranty info #4- 90 Day Money Back Guarantee I have no problem paying for the full install cost with a local shop knowing I am getting NEW tires with the necessary paper to back me up if there's a problem. I'm offering 3 stars for the customer service representative who refunded me promptly so I could use the funds to order elsewhere. It took 3 tries to get through (2 disconnects after long holds, and a call back on the third), but she was totally understanding and professional.

Purchased a set of Supermax’s. Received one faulty. All never drove smooth once they were put on. Went through the entire claims process to be told they couldn’t help me. Pointed out the same tire no longer available bc of its issues and the representative put the tire right back on the site to allege it was already on. 👎🏻 The invoice shows tires were put on January 21st w an issue exactly 2 months later. 3 months later another tire with the same issue.

The service, ie: ordering with ease, no confusion was excellent. The delivery was faster than expected and best of all is the follow up! Nobody does that anymore! Both in terms of how the order was packed and delivered and following up AFTER delivery. That was awesome!

Great pricing, but was a little concerned when the withdrawal out of my bank account said (best used tires) Come to find out I got brand new tires but it was hard to get a hold of the company to verify that they were new and not used. But overall I am satisfied and will purchase tires from this company again.
