Worst service staff members disrespectful. not the people that you want to experience fast food with disgusting pathetic and miserable staff including the manager who is arrogant and need to be let go Or retrain her in ethics and work environment

Dear God this is bad. Do not waste your money. The chicken sandwich deluxe is harder to swallow than bubblegum. Took 2 bites and threw it away. If you wish to waste your money go there. Took 15 minutes for 1 sandwich.

There service sucked at one point but they have gotten better and I appreciate the fact they have . A year ago I would of said stay away there slow and don't service customers , but they have improved They still have flaws , but who doesn't, they have improved in customer service twn fold , so i give them a 4 for improvement, but no one is perfect so keep doing what your doing , you've improved and continue too, but today's service 100 percent better them a year ago. Bottom line they are along the right changes to better the franchise, but they also keep to know to keep the course , because they were terrible at one time. But they are pretty good now , keep up the good work it's appreciated by the customer. 4 stars to them they had a problem but improved, so good for them if it changes I will call them out

The drive thru is always slow here, since it was 11 cars long I decided to go in. Big mistake, but I do understand why the drive thru is so slow. I was 6th in line nobody had taken any counter orders, the manager was wandering around talking to the other employees, several of which were just standing around.. none of us at the counter were acknowledged or helped. I left I don't have time for a floor show. Get it together people with limited lunch time don't want to watch the staff laugh and joke while we're being ignored.
