Same as Gina. I also had a prepaid parking ticket on my app. I have not been to enough events here to know if you can get a paper ticket at the box office for certain ones.
Yes some are phone based tickets but they can be bought at the box office there you get a printed ticket or phone based tickets your choice. I just bought two for journey and they were. Both printed tickets. Hope this helps.

My ticket was on a ticketmaster app on my phone. I think they only do electronic tickets.
