Me and my Husband are planning our anniversary trip in November. We have already paid the down payment and signed all paper work but we have yet spoken to anyone. We have sent emails, text and called several times.

Someone got back to us immediately, just keep trying and give it another week.

We experience the same type of customer service....no response. However as you travel date nears within a couple weeks out...they will respond. The customer service was not that great BUT THE CABIN WAS EMACULATE!!!!! WE ABSOLUTLEY LOVED IT!!!

They are generally slow and will not respond until the last minute. I would recommend renting through another company. We did not have a great experience with them
