Why don't they put bbq sauce on the table. I ask for extra sauce they put very little and i have to eat dry bbq

I did not eat BBQ i got some peanuts but if you want some great BBQ go to bigguns on 515

I my experience good meat is seasoned and cooked slow and low to be juicy and tender. Cooks want you to experience that flavor and not mask it with sauce before your taste it.
