how does one talk to the front desk or concierge? I have called 3 times and been disconected or non answered and have spent a minimum (no exageration) of 60 minutes waiting on hold to ask a simple question regarding my reservation for this weekend??

We had issues reaching people after hours. If we called between 8am and 5pm EDT we were able to speak with someone. Actual people at the hotel were great.

Oh wow. I would try calling back at a different time. It's possible at that time there was limited staff. Not sure about the disconnections. The staff there is really kind and helpful.
