I guess it depends on how big your boat is but they have a very nice size parking lot. They also have docks on Savannah River that you can park your boat dock your boat ride along the side of the hotel if that's any help.
You absolutely can, just have turn into the convention center parking lot which has plenty of room to park a truck and boat.
