I stay in sandwood and its quiet and peaceful to me i love it
It is SC law that the landlord must have legitimate repair request in writing IF that's in your lease. They have 14 days to repair unless it's emergency such as water leaking all over. But you need to contact the magistrate in your jurisdiction. A tenant can Not withhold rent.
Have you spoken to Jennifer in the office? Also please put everything in writing and submit it to the office , sign it , date it . Always do this with everything. By law any repairs or problems not settled within 5 days gives you the right to talk to magistrate at court house about withholding rent until all issues are fixed this is really good when repairs need to be done
