I lived here for 10 years and I watched it go from livable to discussing the floor started falling in you can see the outside with the door closed water comes in when it's raining and most of all the under pen has holes so snakes and mice can come in the home

Looking forward to moving OUT of this property. I was rented a trailer that was not renovated properly , now my home is literally falling apart and I was denied a transfer to another property. I was told nothing was available to me only to see weeks later others were rented to other families.With all the repairs that need to be addressed at once I am simply not happy.I do not recommend moving here . Welcoming all suggestions for places to rent in the area .

Property manager was extremely nice and helpful. Can't wait to move in. I originally posted this when hopeful to move in . This was in April. A waste of application fees due to maintenance not being able to fix homes for move in. Save your money for application n just don't apply. You will walk away feeling robbed. The fees are non-refundable Even though the park is not adequately staffed
