I'm wanting to buy a home there but unsure about background check. In 2011 got a felony for taking drugs . It was in a different state never been in trouble before or since then. I was trying to deal with losing my mom. I don't want that held against me. I've lived and learned a valuable lesson. I 100% disabled. And would like to be closer to my daughter.

I've lived in ridgewood now for 5 years you didnt have to pay water and had free cable at first.. ti answer your question they pay a set amount to the water company and use what they call the rub system and leagle charge you whatever they see fit in water bill and there is nothing you can do but move out.. we eont even have a washer and dryer hook up we hang our to dry and wash by hand kinda messed up.. but yeah nothing you can do about it. L No one in the world is paying that much I have to agree
It's something horrible. My bathroom. It lasted 1 year broken. The bathtub. They spent 5 managers, I paid 450 a month for 2 rooms. A month.there are moldy cockroaches mice.
Hello , I've been to the office several times about sewage not being connected to my home & now the door locks are messed up & no one seems to care .. come on management get it together ,even if y'all don't care treat renters with & ther family's with respect..
