Yes but just no if u have children u can have a baby pool no bigger than 18 inches high n 6 ft by 6ft wide n long n u have to take it down everyday n put it back up the next time u want to use it even if u wanna use it the next day I'd try friendly village they have more to offer n don't have the drug problem we have here I'm honestly looking for a new place becuz it a miserable place to live if u do decide u do want to move here just go over the rules n lease carefully as this place has more rules than a jail

Yes, they rent one bedrooms. Community is okay like anywhere its good and bad. Depending where you live... some streets are busy with cops regularly and drugs and others are busy with neighbors drama and some with kids who have no respect and damage your property and vehicles. Lot rent is almost 700 and goes up 20/25 a year at least one year went up twice which is suppose to be illegal but total of both increases was 35 for one year increase ridiculous. They are suppose provide you with proof as to why rent increases but they do not.
